Joey is a handsome little boy who was born blue and not breathing after receiving CPR, he underwent several tests which all came back negative, Joey failed to breathe by himself so now uses a tracheostomy to help him breathe. again Joey underwent many test but no diagnosis came from the tests. Neurology specialists discovered that Joey’s brain stem is not fully formed which affects his ability to breathe. He is unable to talk and has only just started to walk, he is fed through a tube in his stomach.
