This is Seren – Seren is a beautiful little Girl who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia just before Christmas last year. Seren was in hospital herself when it occurred to her that she should make presents for other children and their parents. Since then she has gone on with the help of her amazing family and friends to raise over 27 thousand pounds for charity in less than a year. We think Seren totally deserves a truly magical Christmas xx
