This is Tom – Tom is a fantastic young lad who even though he’s been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia has devoted his time to help others for which he’s even won awards. Sadly the steroids he has to take as part of his medication cause him to put on weight something which has tragically become a target for bullies. We think Tom is truly deserving of a truly magical Christmas xx
